Tim,
So glad the NUT is happy with you. See, no need to spend energy worrying. You are working hard and she knows it. Like someone said the other day, it may just be weight gain from water retention or a normal fluctuation.    Take care,  Hugs   Mag

Yes Tim, the dietician just wants to see you making an effort and learning to read labels.  The portion control comes with practice.  Have you switched to a salad size plate instead of a dinner plate?  The plate can be filled to the same level as you are used to and the portion will be smaller, just due to smaller plate size.

Good to hear that the dietician is planning to discuss things related to surgery.  Take in all the information.

That's a good idea Kathy - about switching to the smaller plates.  Think I need to do some revamping in me kitchen.  Good job on keeping up the exercise Tim!  It's hard to balance all that we need to do.  It's great that you are keeping on track with that part.

Tim check out the local thrift store or dollar store for some smaller plates, makes a big difference.  Trick the eye, trick the stomach.
