hey guys  did a few new things  that are god for me  1  is   i  exersized   40 min firday   it was hard but i did it going to try for a hour   tomrow      and  2nd i just gotback from a family reunion and i did very good at not eating very very good  never had  1 can of soda had v8 and poweraid all day   so that was good  and walked around for a hour   so  got my exersize today to

set a new calarie recrod for exersizeing ushily i do about 250 today i did 303 not bad

Congrats on increseing your exercise and choosing healthier drinks at the reunion. Reunions can sabatage good plans. Keep up the effort. The pounds will disappear with continued effort.

GREAT JOB TIM! Glad to hear you were able to be discplined and strong on the beverages and got in exercise too! The weight will come off. Remember we don't put it on overnight, nor will it come off overnight, darned it! Keep up the good work!
