Welcome to our great lil group! There are some really awesome people here whop will be thrilled to support you as you work to get back to where you want to be.

Have you considered a revisional surgery? Back when you had it, it was done quite differently, and there is a lot more info available now to help with succeeding. Many who had wls that long ago find revisional surgery very helpful.

BUT that said, you can still do it without revisional. Take it a step at a time. Learn all the info they never told you back when you had surgery, and start implementing the basic rules of wls living into your life. I am here to assist as much as I can. If you have questions...fire away! I look forward to sharing this journey with you. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!

You are welcome. I apologize tho that I haven't gotten to this yet. With the passing of a family member and all that is going on I have been so busy and saddened that I am having a hard time keeping up with things.
