Just remember...40 lbs at a large size down't show nearly as much as 20 lbs at a smaller size. It comes from all over, and our clothing that is becoming too large hides the loss too. A kid would expect you to lose a size a day...lol.

When is the last time..or maybe even the first, that you lost that much in such a short time? You are gonna get there lady! I lost 28 my first month. Was down 51 at 5 months out, took me 2 TWO full years to lose 112 lbs. You are doing great! I stayed in the same size for the first 6 to 8 weeks.. and thought the scale was messing with me when it showed a loss, but then when my clothing sizes started going down, they never stopped for months.

We can be a bit touchy especially early out, but hang in there. You are gonna be lovin it when people begin to look past you because they don't even recognize you!

Patrece - you are so right!

I have never lost 40lbs in such a short time. I started at 371lbs now I am down to 327lbs !!!

I am lookin forward to seeing my doctor tomorrow to see if his scales will tell me roughly the same as the one I have been using! :)
