I did a little better today than I had been. It is amazing how hard it can be to get back on track again, after gradually veering off. I got in a small breakfast of a banana, and 1/4 cup cottage cheese. (I have been missing breakfast alot lately...not good). I slept through lunch. BUT had a nice and healthy dinner of grilled chicken breast (boneless / skinless) with a salad that included iceburg lettuce, shredded carrot, spinach (fresh...yummy!), hard boiled egg, and a touch of shredded cheese. After my nap I did have some grapes for a snack to get me through until dinner time which was about an hour and a half off. Planning on a protein shake here in a few, since my intake was very low today. I got in 46 oz of water and crystal light, and 3 cups of coffee, which do not count in the liquids. BUT usually I have much more coffee than that lately, and less water, so that was good. Wa going to take a walk but it was cool and rainy on and off today. Did do some extra things around the house, so got a bit of activity in, including playing with my grandson this morning. That was fun!

How did it go for the rest of you??? Good I hope?

Hi Patrece,
  Well things are going pretty good. Yesterday I was close to perfection. I was thrilled with my protein intake, water intake and eating in general
  Today is not as excellent. The only major flaw is I didn't take one vitamin today. Promise to do much better tomorrow. For breakfast I had 1/2 cup GO LEAN cereal (dry), then for lunch I had 1/2 sandwich with whole wheat bread and 1/2 slice ham, 1/2 slice beef, 1/2 slice turkey. The entire 1/2 sandwich was 1.5 ounces meat. Also had 1/2 slice cheese. (At Saturday church services.), 2 protein drinks, and dinner is 2 ounces baked fish with broccoli and fresh fruit. Still have plenty of time for a snack later as I don't go to bed until 2A.M. or so.  Water intake is very good.
