Its been a while since I posted a challenge...but here goes....

For the next week, lets all take the time to focus on getting in enough water (or crystal light or other non caffeinated non sugar beverages), eating our meals, taking our supplements, and doing something each day to get some activity in.

Hi!   I have not posted in a while either.  I have the worst trouble getting my water in.  I would love to take on the challenge.

I am hoping this will promote addtl wt loss.  I am taking blood iron infusions weekly right now...and can see the wt starting to come back.   A few pounds here and there can add up quickly.

So are we to check in daily?

You can post daily or at the end of the week, but i think it works best to check in at least every couple of days, so we can cheer each other on and hold each other accountable.
Yes a few lbs here and there can definately add up fast! Just one semester in school, letting things go a bit got me up by 10lbs, and I am now workjing to get it off again.
Glad to have you in on the challenge!

I am in for the water challenge! Is pulling weeds an activity or a chore? Either way does it still count? If yes I am in for the activity challenge too!

Hi Patrece!

Happy to see you posting again.  I breifly entertained the idea of the road trip to Nebraska but just didn't feel up to it.  Congrats on your outstanding grades and good luck with your upcoming classes.

Better late than never I guess; I haven't been on the computer for a couple of days so I'm late chiming in with this challenge.

Activity is always hard for me to commit to due to my disability, but I can certainly commit to the fluids.  So far this morning (it's 5:30 am here in Detroit) I have gotten in my first protein shake of the day (I hate them) and my first 4oz. of water.

Hopefully, I can get everything in today.  I have fallen way short of the mark for a while now.

Hey lady! Nice to be able to find some time to post again. Still not as much time as I used to have because I am taking one course now, but it is great to be back.

Are you still considering coming out in June? I never heard back from you on that. You are certainlky still vey welcome to come out.

Try looking up exercise that is modified, like things you can do while seated. You may find something that will work for you. Best of luck in getting back on track. I fell away from following plan as well as I should have during the semester at school, and let me tell you...you do not want to continue to stry. I am almost 3 years out now, and I paid for getting off track, and I wasn't even completely off. I gained a total of 10 lbs in 4 months and am livid! I got 5 of the 10 back off, but am finding it very difficult to get it back off. Time to get back to coaching?
Big hugs!

I'm in. So far, so good on the fluids. Got in great walks on sunday and tuesday. Looking forward to more walks the rest of the week.

Looked at bicycles in the store today, tried to ride one down the isle, my balance isn't what it used to be. Can one forget how to ride a bike?????
