Hey yall :)

I am so sorry I haven't been here recently. I have so much goin on that I don't know if I am coming or going!  Most of you know that I make custom cakes and I have had 2 orders this week. One I have to finish up today. I have my son's Bridging Ceremony this morning ( kinda like a graduation) from Middle School to High School ~~~ then I have a Sunday School get together tonight so inbetween that I will be working on a cake that is due tomorrow!

I am now past 4 weeks out ! I have not weighed this week so I am not sure how much to date that I have lost. I go back to the doctor next Fri! I know I have lost close to 40lbs but honestly when I look at myself I don't see it .... I have other people telling me " oh you are lookin good and can tell... I guess it is because I see myself everyday all day long LOL... I have gone from a 4x-5x pants down to a 3x ~Yay!!!!

I hope yall have an awesome weekend!

YEP 40 lbs and the drop in sizes is wonderful! If your clothing size has changed, it HAS to be noticeable! As you get smaller the loss is more apparant. You will soon see it for yourself. Sometimes we get a mental block and continue to see ourselves as we were. Don't allow this. I suggest taking a picture from before you lost any weight, and taping it to your mirror. Then when you don't "see" it, look at the picture... you will see it then!

Keep up the good work and check in when you can!
Have an awesome weekend yourself!

Teresa,
Glad to hear from you. You are doing great!!! Sounds like you are leading a very busy life. Remember to take care of # 1---You.  I started out in a 5X and my 4X is now falling off of me. I have bluejeans put away in the cedar chest. Going to find out if any fix again. That will either be fun or frustrating. We will see.    Mag

Teresa, get out a measuring tape. Take your measurements. Seeing the numbers changing helps. I congratulate you on not being a slave to the scale. You are doing wonderful and the best is yet to come. Kudos on smaller sizes. Let's keep losing together. Hugs
