please help queshtion on chickin

hey guys   i was told to take my skin off of   the chickin well   i did that it was fine dont have a problum   with it   but  we use oven  fry seasining now   we  didint  tell my dietishion that we use that   i forgot  to  menshion it lol  but  what do you guys use on your chickin  to sesion it

also i forgot i had egg salid today thre was   nothing speachal in it  just egs  picckiles    and    miricel whip   is   that good to eat  or  not   i  just tried it today and  i know  it  tast good   but calari  wise  or    well  you get what im saying lol

In response to your first post, I don't think oven fry seasoning is any big deal.  I can't eat chicken; it's too dry.

As for the egg salad, I also make mine with Miracle whip as it has about half the fat of regular mayonnaise.  Try not to go overboard with it.  You are also getting protein from the eggs and that's always a good thing.

I like to season my chicken with garlic and herb seasoning and grill it or bake it. Can use a touch of non stick cooking spray on the pan in the oven if needed. Sometimes i will also coat my chicken in egg, then dip it in a mix of parmasean cheese with garlic and herb seasoning mixed into it. It is yummy.

Miricle whip is fine, just go easy on it. Maybe use light.
