hi everyone just a littile update

i am  doing pretty good  with my weght   i  am sorry i havent been around as much   i do go on here   just to try  and  do my food   guide stuff  il try and be more active   um    im doing pretty good  i lose  a few pounds a few weeks ago and am down to   357  lets hope i can keep this up its only  3 pounds  but im starting to fell better there is one littile queshtion i have   i heard some  ppl on here drink  smoothys  like  yogert  smoothys and stuff i got a website  for some hwere on here  its calld  lindas  low  carb   recipies or  sumthing  like that  most of them looked high in  calaries   so i gess my queshtion  is   do you guys  drink smoothies    if so do you do it for a snack or every day

I do have smoothies now and then, but not everyday. Maybe you could google low carb low cal smoothies. Or use it as a meal replacement after adding some protein to it. Best of luck, good luck on taking off the extra lbs!

Tim, some have good luck with replacing a meal with a protein shake or smoothie.  Easy one is sugar free carnation instant breakfast powder, skim milk and protein powder.  Check out "The world according to eggface" for shake recipies.

Look for lower carbohydrate recipies.  Keep asking questions, we will do our best to share from experience.

you guys have doen alot to help me thanks just for fyi i wil lbe busey the next 2 days tomrow i wont be on  but i have a dietishion apointment  and   my   syc eval friday   also i lost 2 more pounds    so  a total  of   5 pounds  in the last few weeks lets hope i can keep it off

also i forgot to add i  did drink   some  speachal k protinne shake and the instent carnation breakfeast ones before    in the bottiles    i liked them they were ok  but very very   hard  i  was   still very huingry after drinking them   but tasty lol  ya i had got   lindas  low carb recipies website or sumthing like that they had   some nice ones but high in calaries like    300  or so  i think   not shure if i should take that into consideration
