I just wonder if anyone had any suggestions for me or experiences they could share at all? I am very worried and the moe I think about it the more i am getting upset. Please help!

Hi Sarah-Jane,  Since I'm only 3 ans 1/2 months out I don't have much experience. I can tell you what others have said.  Make sure you are getting plenty of water. Maybe increase your exercise or change up the exercise routine. The body tends to adjust to what ever is now routine. I'm sure you are getting your protein in as you have been at this a lot longer then I.  Take care,    Mag

Sarah-Jane, we all go through peroids of rapid losing and then slow times or stalls.  It is during these slower times that we need to increase our fluids and protein.  Change up the exercise and wait patiently.  Your body is getting used to the reduced calories coming in and being very efficient at saving the calories that you take in.  Shake up the routine and you will see a change.

Do not focus only on the scale, see that your measurements are changing, the way your clothes fit is changing, your activity tolerance is improved.  Let us know how things are going with the changes in your routine.
