Suprising what a lil sleep will do

Finally...  2 days in a row I have slept atleast 8 hours straight.  YAY.  No broken sleep.  No waking up early to be wide awake and then taking naps throughout the day.

Still battling this sinus infection, but I do feel better.  It is atleast draining.  Allergies acting up today though.  Been sleeping with my humidifier the last couple of days  (hmm wonder if that is why I slept better).

Moods have been a little better.  I guess that cry did do some good for me.  Still made an appointment with the psych MD (the one I saw pre-op is leaving, so he referred me to another).  Got a appointment on Monday.  I asked them to expedite seeing me due to the mood swings and the nightmares again.  If I did not then I would have had to wait until monday.

Time to get my a$$ back into the gym.  2 weeks is enough time off.  I have not gained or lost in those 2 weeks.  Thinking that since my body had a nice long rest, it will just pick up from where it left off.  I am hoping for a nice loss this coming week.

Will probably miss Monday night's chat due to catching up on sleep.

Glad you were able to get some sleep !! It does the body good :)

The past few days I have been up all day without napping * and I love naps * and I seem to sleep better at night. However last night I started running a fever of 100. It did go down. I am freezing though. Can't seem to get warm.

You are doing great and we are here for you!!

Fran, Glad to read your post. I'm glad you got some good sleep. Let us know what the DR. says. I'm glad you can get in fairly soon.  Take care of you.  Thinking of you.   Mag

Great to hear Fran, lack of sleep affects so many areas of our lives.  Hope your nightmares improve.  Talk things over with your therapist and journal, journal, journal.  Your subconscious mind is working on something.

I too, deal with seasonal allergies.  Take it one day at a time.  Avoid allergens when possible.  That is my plan.  Hugs
