UNDERLAND!!!!!!!
I did it!!!! I am out of the 200's. I am so excited. As of this morning 196.6 lbs. WoooWhooo. I have to go shopping. Really!! I have few clothes that fit.
I try on clothes in my closet weekly to see what I can wear soon. Fortunately I kept alot of my clothes as I grew heavier. Alot of clothes still had price tags on them. So about 3 weeks ago I try on a pair of black dress pants size 16 still with price tags on them, I think I bought them 4 years ago. They fit!! I wouldn't say it was snug around my thighs but I thought it could fit better around there. Well, this week we had to dress up at work due to an ISO audit. So I pulled out my size 16 dress pants with the price tag still on them. OMG!!! they were huge!! Honestly in 3 weeks I lost 3 inches of my thighs! If I were to be standing in the wind they would have been flapping like a flag, lol. I did wear them to work with a belt. I had to wear them at least once. I will now be retiring my size 16 pants. Size 16 is the smallest size in my closest except for about 3 size 14 Capri's. Some 16's still fit well, different cut. So I think today I will be heading to the goodwill store. I just can't bring myself to pay full price for something I will only be able to wear for 3-4 weeks. I have been buying stuff of the clearance racks for the medium tops.
Another milestone is I am now jogging!! unbelievable!!! I used to be in the Navy years ago and of course I had to run and jog back then but it was never something I wanted or liked to do. So this week I have been pushing myself harder at the gym and thought I would attempt to jog. I did it! only for about 30 seconds at a time I would walk for like 3 min, then jog, walk etc. well I am now up to 5 minutes of jogging. I stay on that treadmill for about 45 min. Just keep pushing myself. Now I walk 2 min. jog 5 min, walk 2 jog 5. I also do the elliptical I am on a mission to concur this new machine I am now trying. The "Y" has about 4 different types. This one tries my endurance but I am up to about 20 min. And I am still doing the weigh circuit.
So all this being said. I have lost 40 lbs since surgery, my ticker only tracks the weight since surgery, but I lost 13 lbs just before the surgery for a total of 53 lbs. I still think my weight loss is not where it should be at 3 months compared to other people, but I think the inches lost is more then most people. So in my head that evens it out.
I am still struggling on finding things that I can eat. I had an incident with wheat whole grain pasta bows. Since I can eat just about anything w/o my pouch protesting. I tried these pasta bows OMG! that was a horrible experience, first time I actually vomited since surgery, my first case of dumping. That was a most uncomfortable feeling. Needless to say no more pasta for me, whole wheat, all grain or otherwise.
Well I have to go and drag hubby out of bed he needs to get blood work today and I need to go shopping :)

I wasn't very bright; I didn't buy used clothing. I didn't spend a fortune but once I was out of size 20 pants and 2 x shirts, I had to shop. I ended up donating about 6 pair of jeans that I only wore once or twice. Oh well, I'm sure someone will be able to put them to good use.
It sounds like you are doing great and it's such a treat for me to sign on here at OH and read such positive posts first thing in the morning.
Have a good weekend!
