Your not alone my friend. I too have been in the similiar boat with you. Moody, with drawn, having hard time accepting the compliments- still am, will take a while still got the same mind as I did pre op. Our bodies are changing but our brains still think and react the same, time will catch it up. Talking about how we feel does help, I am told to journal, it just never seems to get done routinely though lol.. I would definitly talk to your DR, and get a therapist if its possible, but we are all ears regardless, and in regards to your fiance', sweety do not lean on past experiences, they are not the same guys, and if he has been there this long and through this much with you, he isnt going anywhere anytime soon. I believe communication is very important in a relationship and a civil one- no yelling or screaming to get points across lol.. I been there before it does not get anywhere.. if its too much, write a letter, explain your fears and talk about whats on your mind, even if it doesnt make sense, he will know at least your trying and you love him.
Taking the dog for a walk is a start, lets make a goal of doing that a few times a week if you can, something to get you going. Hope you feel better soon, and let us know how your doing.

thank u for ur support.  Called the psych, just waiting for him to call me back tomorrow.  I have an appt with PCP the 28th.  As far as the exercise goes I have a session on friday with my personal trainer and then Sat I am gonna do step aerobics.  If the sun every comes back out again, I will take my dog (LEO) for another walk.
