I have the hardest itme with this also. From what I have read on here and discussed with my support groups, you just need to keep sipping. Bend that elbow, become obsessed with sipping. Some days this works for me, some days it doesnt. Keep working at it. We will get to a consistan****er intake soon. I am with you!!

Getting your fluids in gets easier, the farther out from surgery you get.  Just have a glass of something to sip at your side at all times.  Your surgical team does not expect you to get in all 64 ounces the first couple of weeks after surgery.  Just do your best Sara.  Hugs

Hi Sara, Sorry you are not sleeping well. I did the opposite. I stayed up until ! or 2 AM trying to get my water intake up. (I don't like mornings at all) Keep at it. Like Kathy said it does get easier w/ time. Sip, sip, sip.   Mag
