Focus on healthy proteins while you travel.  Not sure of local cuisine in Sweden, maybe a meatball or two, lol.  If you have a protein powder that works well for you, take individual serving size  containers or a factory sealed container along with you.  I am looking forward to hearing what you do decide to try while travelling.  For Vegas, there are always yogurts, string cheeses, and other options.  Do not lose $$$.

I agree.  Every culture eats meat, so getting your protein in shouldn't be too hard.  And bringing some protein powder with you is probably a wise choice.  I'm sure the supermarkets will probably have the staples, just with different labels, like yogurt, nuts, milk, meat, etc.  It sounds so exciting, have fun!

I would atleast bring some of your own protein bars. Just to have incase. I cant say enough good things about these. Think Thin Bars. They travel great. I always have one with me. My 17 year old has atleast one with her also.
