Today has started off to a good start.  I woke early and was wide awake.  So my NSV's started!!
1. Got up. Got dressed. Went straight to the gym.
2. 30minutes plus coold-down on Elliptical with hills (normally I do flat without resisitance)
3. 3 sets 12 upper and lower abdominal crunches (total of 72)
4. Drinking protein drink (havent beend rinking them because i havent had any that i liked, but been getting protein from foods)
5. Tried and LIKED vanilla soy milk!!!!

I feel good.  I will probably lay down and take 1-2h nap before I go to work tonight.  Also will be having a high protein lunch (tuna).  Dinner is gonna be BBQ pork chops.

Fran, this is awsome, your doing so good! I wish I could say same about me.. exercise is not where I would like it to be :( .. limited due to bad spine and damage from childhood and car accidents.. but walking will be improved when weather is better here.. I do exercise videos and weights and things around house..but not like getting out there and putting more into it.. 
Soy milk.. never went there.. I am on 1% milk.. but very tempted to try it.. very proud of you for all your accomplishing so far, dont stop the progress..

 You're doing GREAT!   I haven't been exercising like I should... I try to walk, but find that more often than not these days I need to have my car at the end of the day, so can't walk to work, and then I *could* walk other places but it would mean walking home at 9pm or later which I'm not willing to do. I'm looking forward to things settling down, or more realistically, to "busy" being soccer-related which will keep me out and walking around the fields.

Fran, I too find that the day goes best when exercise is the first thing of the day.  Then it is behind me and the rest of the day mine.  Gets the ol' metabolism cranked up.  I dread exercise if I have started other projects and doing the exercise is looming over my head.  Too easy to stay involved with the project and delay the needed exercise. 

Haven't tried soy milk, but I do love skim.
