Bariatric Buddy
missed chat again
Stacy, missed you at chat. Next week is another chance.
Do what you can to keep your meal in. Yes, some days are better than others for our pouches. Your pouch will let you know if it is happy with what you are offering. Try different foods to see what is tolerated. If this does not resolve, contact your surgeon's office. They may have thoughts and ideas specific to your case.
Hope that tomorrow is a better food day. Hugs

I'm new to the group, and don't know anyone here yet, but I hope you don't mind me chiming in. I'm 5 years out from a Lap Band. I still have those days. Today was definitely one of them. It was painful to even try to eat. Most of the time it's not like that, and sometimes I can even eat a well-done steak. Today it felt like everything grated my esophagus as soon as it went down my throat. On days like that, I just lay off of anything not mushy or liquid. :)
