Dr office talked me into getting the Bariatric Fussion.  Large chewable that contains everything but you have to take one four times a day.  What are my other options.  Four time a day is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.

Hi Donna.  I'm not real sure about other options though I know there are several out there.  You might try googling bariatric vitamins and see what comes up but I'm sure others will be able to give you advice on what they take.  I have been taking just a regular chewable children's vitamin.  Lately I've begun to feel like it's not enough.  I looked into Bariatric Fusion.  The four times a day really wouldn't be a problem for me.  I was wondering about the taste though.  What do you think of it?  Just wondering.

The taste is no different than a Flinstones or something.

There are numerous options out there.  Bariatric fusion was one of my choices, the dietician even has samples for me to try.  For those of you not taking the bariatric fusion, send bariatric fusion a note asking for samples.  I take chewable centrum, twice a day, calcium citrate three times a day and inject B12 once a month.  Check with your nutritionist on other options.

I keep a bottle of the chewable calcium citrate in my locker at work, no excuses for missing a dose.  Just have to take a moment to go grab one.  I set up the rest of my medications and supplements into a med planner.  I can then look to see if I have taken everything that I need for the day.  Plus, the bottles can be stored away and just the strips of the planner for the week are out on the counter.  Best of luck finding something that works for you Donna.  Hugs

Wi**** were accurate, I have been bouncing between 97 and 99 pounds gone for the last few months.  Still working my program trying to get back to the 100# lost, I was there for a few hours one day, lol.   I am still glad that I am at the place I am.  My body is so happy having less of me to cart about.  Hang in there, you will get there too.

Hope you and your vitamins/supplements find a happy place too.  Off to the gym for another workout, look out treadmill, here I come.  Hugs
