need info

Well as we all know with weight loss come angel wings and well lets just say saggy baggy legs.... now the tummy I can hide but what do you guys use to conceal these areas ? I want to go swimming but  I am really having a hard time with wanting to even put on a swim suit..... I am going to have a body lift but I have to wait atleast another year.... so please any ideas  would help.... Summer is comming and I really want to enjoy it and not be dressed in long sleaves and pants... I really want to swim too.

Suck up the courage to just put the suit on.  You worked yourself hard to get to this point.   Once in the water, the water distorts what others see.  Swimming is great exercise.  Consider adding swim shorts over the top if it makes you feel more comfortable.  Take pics and share with us.  Here for you Lisa.  Hugs

 Well I will try to suck it up.....  and keep working on my arms hehehehhee OK maybe my thought process too when I look in the mirror.
I do swim...... in my backyard (when its warm)  I will get some pictures out soon right now I have been in La. taking care of my hubby's aunt she fell and broke her hip and wrist so I have been pre occupied but I will get one up...

You could always go with a long sleeve "rash guard" swimsuit.  Lands' End has them, in their AquaTerra line (maybe others).  Combined with "board shorts" which are a bit longer than regular swim shorts, it would hide more than any other swimsuit I've seen.  I prefer the swim skort, though.

Did you really say "summer is coming"?  Oh, how I want to feel that way!  I'm hoping for no more snow... can't believe I'm now looking at swimsuits online!

OMG Thanks! I will look into that. I Oh yes summer is just around the cornor and I cant wait I am so tired of being cold, You will get to feeling that was too, it will happen.... I never thought I would be .... lol
