Fist, before i forget, I'll add to the suggestions for eating and portion control. Use baby spoons and forks. They keep the size of bites we can take much smaller (about where we need them to be). Try to use the little plates. right after surgery, even a little plate is way too big for what you will eat....it is great! haha!

Hang in there on the dates gal. I know...I can feel your frustration. I too would be frustrated as can be. BUT I wanted to offer a suggestion on this too...since you see your surgeon soon, ask him if you can tenatively schedule your surgery NOW for shortly after the scheduled sleep study, so you won't have to wait that extra 2 months. It never EVER hurts to ask...right?
