Just wondering how my stats looked for being 5 weeks out. NUT wants me to be getting 70g of protein in 3 meals only. Not happeneing. The most I get in one meal is 180-20, so I would be falling short. So I am sticking with what I have been doing. 3 meals, 2 snacks and 1 protein shake.
So far, so good. Getting your protein in 3 meals is not always possible. I don't think I could have done it at 5 weeks out, I did when I was on the shakes. If what you are doing is working, go with it. You do need to have nutrition spread out through the day, and the meal/snack routine does that.
Congrats on your success. Hugs Fran.

All in all it looks pretty good to me. The only advice I can give if you want to boost your loss more...or need to, is to keep the carbs at 20 or below, and try very hard to make sure none come from sugar or white breads, rice, pasta. Think whole grain everything. But all in all i think it looks really great!
