My vote goes for greek yogurt flavored with ranch dressing and veggie sticks to dip in it.

Meatballs, make the sauce for your meatballs out of sugarfree jelly and bottle chili sauce.  I tried sugar free blackberry jelly last time, couldn't even tell the difference using the sugar free jelly instead of full sugar.  Use equal parts jelly and chili sauce.  Just look out for sugar content on the chili sauce.

Plan to use small plates to limit the quantity of food you have in front of you at one time.  Have the food positioned away from the TV.  Getting up and going to find the food will give you a moment to decide if you "really need" the additional food, plus get just a bit of exercise to walk to the food.  Use toothpicks, chopsticks to take small bites and slow down the eating process.  Enjoy the game, jump up and down and root for your fav team to burn a few calories more.

How about fruit salad for desert? Or i like to dip fruit into my activia Peach light yogurt. The yogurt makes an excellent fruit dip!

how about shrimp .. I have fairly recently discovered that my little pouch is quite happy with shrimp and ****tail sauce isn't that bad calorie wise .. I get the large ones (31-40 per pound) and can only eat 4 or 5 .  very low in calories and fat content ..
