Been a while since I posted a challenge.... CHALLENGE for the upcoming week.

Since life has a way of happening in some of the most unexpected ways, it can get challenging for us to stay on track with our wls way of life sometimes. BUT we must remember this is a life lon comittment we made to ourselves, so we must always do our best to stay the course, even when things go crazy on us, or just don't go as usual.

Challenge for this coming week...
Focus on staying on track where ever we are in this journey, no matter what comes up in life. Going off course will NOT serve us in a positive way, it will just create more stress and negative feelings to deal with.

And if you are currently off track, try for the next week to get back to the very basics of the plan set out for you. It really does feel good to know you are setting yourself up for success!

Thank you! Made it through day 1 back at school. Feeling really run down this evening. Hopefully I will bounce back overnight.
Glad you could get back to the exercise. Just be careful not to reinjure anything.

I'm in and so far, on track.  I'm working on getting my liquids in, including a protein shake.  I was "allotted" 6oz. of lowfat chocolate milk for my shakes because I have such a hard time with the taste but I cut it back to 4oz. and I can live with that.I got my morning supplements in which is a pretty big deal for me.

Other than that I'm working on rosaries and laundry and my husband brined a beef brisket which I'm cooking at the moment.  So far, I don't care much for the smell, but my mom thinks it smells good.  I have a feeling I will be scrounging something else for dinner tonight.

I'm keeping up with my journal which is helping a lot to keep me on track.  The only thing I really need to work on right now is getting something to eat.  My appetite is really up and down and I try to take advantage of it when it's down, but I realize that can cause me problems as well.  Is it okay to not eat if you are not feeling hungry, as long as you are taking your protein, supplements, and liquids?  Not much different than the Slimfast diet.

Hope you all have a great day and thanks Patrece, for giving us the nudge for the week.
