I do not like stronge flavored or tart type..and it makes my cheeks tingle and tast buds back up..lol.. So I thought to try the choc mint.. anyone try that? I asked for a sample..an they was out of it for that brand.. SO.. I do not want to buy a whole bottle of something that I wont like after a few weeks.. And I do say..the Iron chews.. YUM.. choc rasberry trouffles.. Love them!.. now if the vitamins was like that.. heck ya.. LOL.. SO any advice??  and is preg vitamins better to take? I wouldnt think since the ones I have are made for wls and is chewable and easy to absorb for us.. dont know.. let me know.. Thanks all in advance..

When my daughter was pregnant after her wls, her OB told her to continue the bariatric vitamins as they were more potent than prenatals were.
at www.bbvitamins.com they offer a rapid disolving capsule form of the multi vitamin and is bariatric. IF you don't mind swallowing a decent sized capsule.
Good luck with the vitamin hunt.

I know i really like my chewables from BBvitamins.. but we are all different. They are like my daily candy..lol.

Hmmm how do I explain how big they are?? Maybe the size of an antibiotic, if that helps? Same saize as many herbal supplemental capsules.

Best of luck.

Best of luck with finding a palatable vit. There is one for each of us, we all find different things appealing. Centrum chewables working for me for now. The orange flavor is tolerable. Hugs

I switched over to supplements that I could swallow as soon as the nutritionist would let me.  I can't tolerate the chewable; I was constantly gagging and vomiting them back up.  When I do take my vitamins I use Building Blocks brand and have never had a vitamin stick in my throat.  I also take B-1, B12 shots, Biotin and an herbal laxative that is for daily use.  The only thing I am chewing is the older vitamins I'm trying to use up.

Good luck in your search.  It may take awhile to find one you can tolerate.

Oh, Tammy, that stinks.  I'm sorry.  I take the Centrum Chewables from Walmart for $10.  You could try them if you want or pm me your address and maybe I could mail you a few to try?
