Made it to 10 weeks before I knew it.. I posted a few new pics recently taken on my profile.. under Journey..they are the last 3 on there... maybe 4..lol.. dont remember!

So.. I cant wait to get another lap top or mini notebook..both of mine are down..so I have to sit at desk top..and share it with kids.. means I dont get much pc time!.. Im shopping around for another..then when I got another notebook.. everyone will see me more often.. :)

SO far I am down to 244 now.. YAY! .. but stalled for week or so now.. but Im not worried like the 1st time! ... thanks you all for helping and listening to my babbeling on..

well got to go.. go busy day at dentist tomorrow!

Wooooo Hoooooo Doing great lady! And so glad you are not letting the stall get to you this time. You might be alot like me and hit the stall once a month or so... we all lose differently. But you are losing at a great rate! Wow so hard to believe it has already been 10 weeks!

Gonna go take a peek at your pics! Remember we are always here to listen to what is on your mind and challenging you, and happy to try to console and support and encourage you.

Thanks Patrece!... I got some issues I may be posting soon.. but after I get more time to vent it all out.. what did you think of pics?

Oh and I am loosing track of protein intake.. so if I am not sure I drink a shake.. but is too much going to hurt? I am needing 80 gram to 90 grams right now.. so if I go over.. by accident.. which I doubt is barely there..lol... its hard getting in protein.. but I eat meat ALL THE FREAKING TIME! .. tonight I had cream of chicken soup with turkey.. to have extra protein,, then I snacked on cheese.. had cheese yesterday too..and let me tell you.. bm was not pretty this morning..haha.. OK.. nuff of that.. you got me talking.. but gotta rush off.. busy busy here.. and I need a nap.. ahhhh where is calgone man!

I think you are looking awesome!!!!! Meant to go back and post a comment but was in a rush to get to an appt and forgot.. keep up the great work.

Tooooooooo much protein can be hard on the kidneys...but I highly doubt if you are getting in enough right now let alone too much.. Don't exceed 100 grams.
Ok go get busy. I love my naps too. lol
