Normal BMI

 Wow, I never thought the day would come when I would hit a normal BMI.  It's a great place to be.  Now if I could just get this low blood sugar issue resolved :)

Just a quick Thank you to everyone on this board for your support and encouragement. This group has always been such a positive place to answer questions and address my concerns.  Patrece you are just awesome!  Your advice and wisdom have really helped me personally through out this process.  

Hurray for a normal BMI!

Congratulations on reaching a normal BMI!  That was how I determined my goal weight, by BMI.  I'm almost there but probably won't reach my goal until after PS.

Congratulations on reaching your BMI goal.  I was once close to my goal but  have slipped and now I'm trying to work hard to get back to where I was.  You deserve to treat yourself with something other than food.  Maybe go shopping for yourself.  I'm new to this group so, I feel encouraged already to make the changes that I need in order to be successful.

WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO lady! You have done really awesome and although it seems like a long road, your progress has been rapid! So proud of you! So glad to be able to help. I apologize for taking so long to reply, but am recovering from my surgery, and have my 5 month old grandson (have had him since the 8th and will have him until the 20th), and my husband spent a couple of days very ill... so it has been tough to get on here.
