Good day!
I know that we aren't supposed to weigh everyday but these are the times I live for. I have lost 1 pound, give or take everday the last 10 day.I ignore upslide and embrace the lows. I'm officially down to 161.6 and just keeping my eye on my goal. Less than 20 pounds to go right now. I bought some size 16 pants thinking I would be wearing them for a while. The next shopping trip required size 12. Don't know if I'll get to an 8 or not but would love to be a consistent 10. I hope you are all doing as well as I am. Plastic surgery in the spring will really tell the tale. I am most excited about breast lift and augmentation, having the bat wings fixed, at which time I am requesting removal of hair follicles and sweat glands and major tummy tuck. After that, there are really only two things I would like to have done; a neck lift and possibly my inner thighs. Right now I'm just trying to be patient and not get a head of myself.
It's hard to believe that this is my second holiday season after surgery. I make it through the first one; this one should be a breeze.
I'm keeping you all in my prayers; the holidays can be rough.

Colleen...YOU are doing great!!!!!!! I am so happy for your success in this journey.
A word of caution.. please do not invest in lastics until you are SURE you are done losing the weight. I had mine at a point where i really thought I was done losing, everything looked great. Then in the 6 months that followed I lost another 14 pounds. 14 lbs is alot when you are near or at a normal BMI, and everything became loosened up. Needless to say this was disappointing after spending the kind of money it takes to have this work done. As a matter of fact I am on my way back to the Plastic surgeon Saturday (surgery Monday) to have a buried suture removed, and to see what can be revised and tightened back up on me. (wanting the lower body lift redone to accomplish this). The plastic surgeon will do it if he can, but was very clear that if there is too much tension on the suture lines, there is little he can do. However, I am hopeful he will re-do it, as there doesn't seem to be any tension on the suture lines with the 14 lb weight loss I have had.
As a side note, Even if you have just breast augmentation done, if you go on to loose more weight, they too will not stay where they were put...lol.
Best of luck in successfully fighting off the temptations this holiday season. Lord knows they abound. Remember to ask yourself "is this pouchworthy?" before enjoying too many wls unfriendly foods. We didn't go through all of this to undo some of it just for a few moments of taste sensation.
Hugs to you!
