I am a newbie to the group. I am currently in a program required for approval for surgery. I am 6 months in and am hoping to get the surgery around Jan. I have decided that I need to start getting serious about everything now. I see a Dietician once a month, a counselor biweekly, and take bariatric support classes weekly. I have been trying out different protein supplements and been practicing eating smaller amounts more frequently. I am looking for some constant support. I go to a meeting once a month but would love some more accessible support.

tell us some more about yourself - where are you located and what finally brought you to consider WLS?
