My instructions for this morning are to drink 6 oz. of tea or ginger ale at 8am.  Nothing more and nothing less.  I have to be a the hospital at one pm, and surgery is scheduled for three pm.

I felt like such a grumpy monster yesterday.  Today I feel like I'm petrified with fear.  But also excited.  I can't believe this is happening to me.

So I'm off to pack my bag and get baby ready for school.

Thank you for your kindness and wisdom.  If it weren't for this board I possibly wouldn't have gone through with this.

WOOO HOOOO!!!!! The day is here!!! You go into that hospital with nothing but POSITIVE vibes bouncing off of you! Knowing that when you wake up, you will be on the losers bench with us, and truly begining your journey to a better healthier life.

Post-op, be sure to come for help any time you need it. Or even a place to vent, celebrate the changes, etc.

You are in my heart, mind and prayers for a very smooth surgery and rapid recovery. Let us know how it went as soon as you are able. And always remember... Nothing tastes as good as good health and being thinner feels.

Hugs!

Jane, you will be great! You will most likely be home for the holidays and don't worry; I  seriously doubt that yyou will feel left out of the festivites.  Just take your protein and supplements as directed and you'll be fine.
