It is time to take a deep breath and celebrate your successes...27 lbs in a month. You are doing great! Your body needs time (more than a week) to adjust to that success. Talk to your doctor about what you can take for the constipation...that alone could get you a pound! LOL. Get your body moving...start slow, and work your way up to something more. Don't be too hard on yourself. We have all been there. Stalls happen (for me often) but they do pass and the weight again begins to come off. Best of luck to you!

Thank you :)

I did talk to my Dr at my 2 wks visit, she said suppositories, nothing by mouth.. so for almost 2weeks I been using them to help get any type of BM.. yeah..lol I got some pounds of it haha

I do tend to be hard on myself.. I fear of doing something wrong. I am hoping this passes soon!

I am somewhat impatient now.. strange and I knew before hand this would happen to be, but when it gets here its a different experience than thinking of .. oh.. I know I will deal with it.. yeah.. LOL Im dealing.. Im whining... :)
