Hi everyone, I been scarce on here since my surgery, I am sorry.. I had more pain from the hernia and it took longer to heal, I also bruised my insides and pulled some muscles.. I been on the couch with out my laptop.. getting up to walk and potty and thats it.. I been attempting to help cook while I am up on my walking and I got exhausted but.. I been doing well all week, I walked longer and cooked alot this week..and my Dr advanced me to puree with some soft foods.. said I was doing great and to keep it easy with my belly, as it was injured do to some coughing and sneezing that I wasnt ready for, the area of RNY is doing well and no pain there.. I still can not lay on my side, although I attempted it MANY times..lol.. couch is my new bed til I can.. Also.. I lost 25 lbs so far.. my ticker isnt showing it on here.., I tried to update it.. lol. but in 2 weeks 23 lbs came off and this week 2lbs and has slowed down.. I can not wait to loose another 25 lbs.. I want to do more exercising but Dr limited me to walking only... stomach muscles need to heal.. I got my pilates and home dvds waiting for me..  :)
I want to thank everyone for all the helpful tips and support through my worrying..

I hope you are healed up and doing awesome in no time. I know hernia repair surgery can be tough... Then to get those coughing and sneezing attacks on top of it??!!?? Man oh man you poor girl!

Continue to be kind to yourself, and go easy until you are up to par. Great job on the weight loss! Isn't it exciting??!! Thanks for the update!

Hugs

Ok so didn't see the new post where you were whining about your stall out.
Remember it is perfectly normal... your body needs time to adjust to all that is happening. I had my first stall at 11 days out, lasting almost 2 weeks. I also stalled once a month each and every month... sometimes for up to 3 weeks, as I was closer to goal weight. So relax, and accept this as part of the journey, and know the loss will start again. Just stay oin PLAN. Be sure you are getting in your fluids and protein if these are low, they can stall you out too.
