Protein requirements when on maintenance?
Wow Kevin, you have done amazing. I wish I had the perfect answer. Not sure on the daily needs of men. I would pose this question to your dietician. Time to balance things out for maintaining. You are ounces away from your goal. Congratulations. Do share what your team recommends for you, I am interested in knowing the answer.
I agree with Kathy; a call to your nutritionist is definitely in order. It seems like you would still have to have your protein supplements; they told me that protein and vitamins were going to be a life-long commitment. But every surgeon is different and you should make that call.
Congrats on your weight loss!

Hey Kevin. The average recommendation I have found to be between 60 and 70 for men. BUT if you are super duper active, you will want closer to 80. Remember, while we are taking in those amounts, we are not absorbing all of it.
By now you should be getting a decent amount of protein from your foods. so if you can determine how much your foods are providing, you can adjust supplements from there.
You have kicked butt! How aweosme! I am so happy for you!
