Good morning to all!
Didn't sleep very well last night and I've been up since 2:15AM. After tossing and turning for 2 hours I finally got up and got the coffee pot on. I'm very grateful that my surgeon is okay with regular coffee; I can't take decaf
I noticed yesterday that we are one of the largest groups on this site. Yet it seems like only a few people post. If you haven't already done so, please introduce yourself. I would love to hear from you and I'm sure others would too. We are all in this together.
Have a great day all.

Your lucky for the caffein, my surgeon does not want any caffein , and I am a , um was as of now, a big coffee drinker, I can't wait til I can drink it again with creamer, I know I may not be able to have milk,m so nondairy creamer is fine with me if I can tolerate it.. .. I tossed all night too, my new occupation has turned to the bathroom ..lol..
LOL... the bathroom is your new occupation? Struggling or too free flowing?
Actually fat free half and half would be a better choice than non dairy creamer, unless you cannot tolorate dairy. Non dairy creamer is empty carbs.
At my 2 week check up I asked my surgeon if I could have one cup of coffee a day with cream and real sugar and he said yes...just one, if it didn't make me dump...I was thrilled, and that one cup of coffee lasted me like 2 hours. I just kept reheating it.
BUT realize here that my surgeon started me out from the morning after surgery with cream of wheat and scrambled eggs... so my eating plan was very different from most from day one.
Tossing and turning must be in the air... I too did this for the past few nights. End up very tired during the day, take a nap and tod and turn during that too... hmmm....
Have had a lot going on in this lil head of mine lately, guess thats the trouble with my sleep...

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
I too find it so odd that we have such a high member rate yet so little participation. I am not sure what to do to get people more active, but already put in about as much time as i can on here myself.
I hope you sleep better tonight!!!!
Hugs!
