This and that

I finally broke through the plateau I was at for ages and am officially below  168.  I haven't been this "thin" since elementary school.  I bought a pair of size 14 pants today and I almost could have worn a 12.  It just seems so weird, not shopping in the plus sizes.

My son moved in with us yesterday.  Not sure if this is a good idea but he had run out of options.  He has not been able to find work for 2 years.  Hopefully a change of area will help.  As long as he follows the house rules he will be okay, but Don expects him to find a job.  I just keep praying that all goes well.

I didn't eat all day and then had half a bratwurst that I am paying dearly for now.  I hope you all had a great day.

Ohhhh what a challenge you will be in store for. It is always harder having the kids at home once they move out then return! I hope he finds work and follows the house rules.

Please take care of YOU Colleen. You need to get in your meals to stay healthy and to keep the weight loss going, otherwise your body will fight back by hanging onto everything that goes in the best it can.

Congrats on breaking through the plateau!!!! AND almost in a 12 wooo hooo!!!! Now eat your meals and keep working that tool!
Hugs!!!!!!!!!

Good that you have set house rules, is there a set amount of time that your son plans to be at home again?

Do get yourself back into eating breakfast, you know the rules my friend. Take care, hugs.
