...AND you do a great job, Patrece! For me, I have nothing spectacular. I'm just going to focus on getting over this horrible flu that hit both me and hubby like a ton of bricks over the weekend!

Over 110 lbs lost!! (Finally!)

I guess my biggest accomplishment on this journey has been quitting smoking.  I have been nicotine free for 15 months now and I never would have quit if it hadn't been a requirment for surgery.  I had one visit to a hypnotist and was supposed to go for a follow up and reinforcement session but never did.  Most days I feel strong in my quit, although the other day I slipped in a pack of cigarettes into the grocery list that Don took to the store.  Needless to say, he did NOT buy my cigarettes!  LOL!

Colleen... Kudo's to you! Quitting smoking is really TOUGH. I have quit 4 or 5 times in the last year only to resume.
I quit for my surgery with intentions of never picking em up again, but with Paul smoking, it has proven to be too much of a challenge to stay quit.. But I swear one day I will succeed!!!!
Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not pick em back up. I am so proud of you for staying quit!

I am a compassionate person *****ally goes the extra mile for people.  I've dedicated my life to protecting children and in that I find  high level of satisfaction with my job because I'm working to empower families.  I'm funny.  I'm smart.  And I'm really proud of myself because I know the only thing between me and my PhD is money.
