WHOOHOO, I must say, only because you got less than 20 lbs to go! and how far you have come, I can imgaing the frustration, with out surgery I hit many plateaus, like a big brick wall of UGH.. but I do not personally look forward to them after surgery, nothing I can do about it, but say darn it, I am not letting it rain on my day!.. and Vent away as needed, it helps alot , I have done it many times in my past on my friends.. I felt sorry for them later.. LOL.. but stay positive and maybe some increase calories will help? I dont know , just hoping.. will be crossing my fingers for you!

Ohhh I can feel your frustration... i have been there myself and it is not fun. BUT it will break! Tell me, how many meals / snacks do you eat each day? Do you take protein supplements? Do you get in plenty of water? (Not milk or coffee or other stuff, but actual water? Lets try to get you moving through this plateau!

I know I need to increase my water..since it has turned colder I have been doing quite a bit of decaf coffee with splenda..food?? pretty much the same as always..can;t do protein supps..dr said no dice..they mess my body up. I can only handle so much protein a day and that has been part of my problem. i've been watching carbs and do to a family issue had to miss working ouy for a couple of weeks..I am now back into the majority of my workout routine, but have had to still miss a few workouts..I know my issue is stress so I'm getting that under control and have to get back into my full workout routine.....
Thanks for the help and support.

Increase tha****er, decrease the stress if you can and happy losing when it begins to come off again. I too struggle with the coffee when I should have water thing.. and always intend to do better each day with that. Some days I do and some I don't. But each day I try.
Remember too, the closer we are to goal, the slower the loss is, and sometimes the scale can stand still for quite a while in between losses. Took me 6 months to lose my last 22 lbs... Others, lose it easier and others slower.. Be kind and patient with yourself.
