I went shopping! .. Ok, spent almost hour in store, I went to Natures Pickens, it has all natural stuff, and I love it there.. I even bought coconut oil its so versitale, it can be used on or in body.. cook with it even.. SO.. I am trying it..an feels so nice..
Ok.,. I got liquid multivitamin- from sea vegetation all organic , iron, biotin and I am going back to get calcuim tomorrow, they was out of the kind I wanted.. I even got to sample unflavored protien powder.. hubby was taste testing too.. LOL. I got some web sites off the products I got and the news letter from the store, the lady was a walking infomercial.. haha.. but I do not mind, I want to do everything the right way..
OK here are the links..
www.liquidhealthinc.com Liquid vitamins
www.solaray.com  Biotin
www.solgar.com  - iron
www.nutiva.com organic coconut extra virgin oil

And I got these from the newsflyers they gave me, in case anyone is interested..
The flyer is names The Woman's Word : Women helping Women
the link from a article is
www.hormonehelp.com
and another link to listen live to "ASK LORNA"
www.HealthyImmunity.com
There is alot of interesting discussions in the News Flyer, I am not sure if it can be found online, but I will look later.. I even got pamplets on
womensense.. extra vitamins supplements for many areas of our aging life.. many may not be interested, but if you are.., check out the information.. or pass it along.

Ok, Im not spokes person for this.. so don't think I am spamming LOL.. I just thought it was interesting and I like to read about many things to better my body. And if these links do not work.. I am sorry.. I wish I had a online link direct to the store I shopped at, but there is none I know of, and its a small chain, not many.. maybe only the one.. I hope I did not make a mistake in the products I chose, I been very careful to not select sugar containing or un needed products.. Now to go get some protiens powders.. Oh wait.., there was a protien pill.. is it advisable? any thoughts cause it is a horse pill and if I can take it,.. cru**** up in my broth.. I WILL! LOL.. let me know..

ok sorry for the long post.. HUGGS

My advice to you is to ask your doc about the protein pill... I have no clue on that!

Sounds like you got your vitamins covered except b=12. One thing to keep in mind is your procedure is malabsorptive, so we usually have to take a higher dose than others. This is one reason I prefer bariatric vitamins. I use www.bbvitamins.com and they are pleasant tasting and not too pricey. If you go to the site you can request samples for free. They are bariatric specific and made to be as easily absorbed as possible by our malaborptive systems. Using non bariatric vitamins, you may want to talk to your surgeon or nutritionist about what dosage you will need to take.

Thanks for sharing the links and info! Good job getting prepared!

Thanks Patrece, I did not list b12 cause I am doing the shots.. but I will ask Dr about taking something in between times to not get to low before next dosage.. going to check out site you listed..  I am making sure I get everything I need.
