1 more pound
Well I got on the scale today and I was finally at 200.6 pounds. I have 1 more to go to hit under 200. I am so excited. I didn't think I would ever get to this point but it is here. What is really funny is I tried a pair of my husbands pants on (36x30) and I could get them on and zipped. It was soooo cool. My newest battle is a heart issue. I had been having chest pain for the past 3 weeks and have passed out numerous times. I had thought with the changes to my BP medication things would get better but now this. I had an EKG done on Monday and it was abnormal. They are sending me for a stress test sometime next week. Once all these health issues clear up I'm sure life will move forward and be great. I am still dealing with my husband and his bi-polar issues and infidelity which makes the stress almost unbearable. God when does life get easier?
First... Congrats on being sooooo close to ONEderland! I am so happy for you and thrilled for you. I remember how awesome that felt!
I am so so very sorry about the heart problems. I hope they are able to identify what is going on and take care of it and get you good as new!
As for your hubby... I am so sorry. Bi-polar that is uncontrolled is hard enough to live with, but the infidelity...I don't know how you deal with it all. You must be one very strong woman. I don't know if or when life ever really gets easier. What I do know is that how we deal with it and what we choose to learn from the difficulties, can make all the difference in the world. It can transform us in magical ways if we allow it to. I know this sounds hard to believe, but true, if we choose the best ways to deal with what comes our way. The impact may not hit us immediately, but down the road our lessons and growth can serve us immensely. I don't know if you are willing to live with his treatment of you for a life time or not, but I do hope that one way or the other, you can grow and become strong and happy somehow. You deserve the best. I hope you get it.
Hugs to you!
