Hi Ladies!
I have gotten to the point in my weight loss that my body likes to congratulate itself by clapping.
In other words, my flab is so happy that it slaps together! LOL!

Anyone know where I can get a GOOD QUALITY alternative to spanks?

I've seen the Walmart brand but I don't know if they are good or not.  I really don't have the cash to invest in "shapewear" just to "wear" it out.

What do you ladies use.. or used to use?

Thanks Peeps

I'm not sure how much less expensive than spanks, but Target has some shapewear that is awesome.  The brand I get is called Assets and I got a cami and it was about $26, the short pant thing(I don't know what it's called) was also $26.

I like using them to help smooth things out when I wear a dress.

Hope this helps!

You might also try Flexees.  You can find those at JC Penney or Kohl's.  They're lighter weight than Spanx and you don't feel like a sausage squeezed into them.  But I've found they control just as well and feel better, too.

Great ideas, thanks ladies. My arms send off waves of applause if I wear a loose men's tshirt.

I have a couple, but don't recall the brand... so sorry... but mine too were like $26 or $28 each. I need em to hold my jiggly butt and upper legs steadier... otherwise I think sometime as I walk by, my butt cheeks are waving bye bye to everyone...lol
