For one day......just one.....smile at everyone you see. Especially YOURSELF in the mirror! A smile can really make someone feel good! Then run through (in your mind) every good quality you can think of that you possess and for ONE day focus on those qualities and none of the other "stuff"! If you would like to extend this to more than one day...but please try it for just one at least!

It caused a wave of smiles looking back at me during the day. Thanks for the lift us up challenge. Making an effort to do this one each and every day. Seeing the smiling face looking back from the mirror changes the appearance of the day.

Thanks for the great challenge. Dennis will wonder what "honey do" list I am dreaming up. Maybe I do need one for the day I will be away from home later this week. Hmmmmmmmmmm
