i do walk away the pounds but i want something to hone in on my body parts that i have the most trouble with. any suggestions?

If you can afford to get a wii fit, thats the best! You can choose from many workouts, or customize your own, targeting the areas you want to target.

If not, I am not sure of videos, but laying on your back and doing leg lifts will work both areas well too.

Search online for exercises to target areas.  The sports trainer we had at our wls support meeting a few weeks ago shared that overall toning was the best.  Try lunges, walking stairs to target thighs and buttocks.  I definitely feel it in those areas when I walk the stairs.  Hugs
