Bloo preasure issues
My guess is that while you may no longer ned the BP meds, you may still need the water pill. I would put in a call to your PCP and discuss this with them. 10 lbs of water weight is hard on the heart to try to move out and I am sure discouraging for you.
The dizziness with fast movements is a drop in BP, so makes sense you probably needed to come of the BP meds, most of us do after some decent weight loss. Please call your doc about the water pill and water weight issue.
Meanwhile drinking moe fluids and inreasd walking may help move some of that excess fluid out.
Let me know what you find out! Best of luck

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
Thank you for the suggestion. I called the DR today and she agreed that I still need the water pill and sent over a prescription. I am hoping that things will level off. I have lost some of the weight because I did go back on a 1/2 pill of the water and blood pressure. Now I have to get those last 3 pounds gone to hit that 100 mark.
You are very welcome! (It is times like this I am glad I am a nurse too ;0)
Those 3 lbs will be gone before ya know it! Just get in plemnty of water, protein and activity!
