Hello All

Yes I disappear a lot sorry. Life is crazy! But is all worth it. First few positive notes, the weight loss is back on, WOO HOO!!!! Lost 5 more pounds, after a 5 weeks stall. 15 more to go til goal, I CAN do it. I know I CAN! Second, we are all moved into our new house, so exciting, scary but exciting. And third, all 3 kids have moved in with us.

Life is roller coaster so scary, so frustrating, but so much fun! Lately I have had babies on the brain again, I know I am only 9 9 months post op and no where near ready physically to carry a baby, but it is on my mind a lot these last few days. It happens from time to time, I'll get over it and all will be ok.

I have been having problems with my stomach lately, Every time I eat, I get a few bites in and my stomach hurts really bad. Not sure why. I thought maybe it was nerves ( mine are shot right now) Going through a lot with my family problems. It has been going on for a few days. If it continues I will call the doctor and go get it checked out. I look at it as a good and bad thing. Good not eating a lot loosing weight, bad shouldn't be in pain, should be ok. I really am hoping it is just the stress.

Well cutting this short due to work, hope all is well with everyone.
Take care.

Yes Miss you will do it. I too hit the longer periods of stalls once I was 8 months out and much closer to goal. At that point the losing is slower and less with long stalls in between, but it still continues for quite a while. I am 2 years and almost 3 months out and still lose a lb or two now and then without really "working" at it. (I am at a normal BMI and 1 lb from goal). So.. Never fear it will happen, just stay focused no matter what!

Glad you are all moved and the kids are there with you guys! I know you have been waiting a while for this. Congratulations!

My daughter got pregnant at almost 2 years out. She never expected that would happen, as she was certain she would never conceive, but it did.  Definately do not even consider it now. Even with her being 2.5 years out when she had the baby, she had to give up breatfeeding due to nutritional deficiencies.  The pregnancy really zapped her. She is still anemic and trying to get her levels up. Give your body lots of time to finish losing and then adjust to everything. The other consideration is weight gain with pregnancy. AND it isn't as easy to get back off the second time around as there is no more honeymoon. If you do decide to have a baby down the road be sure to get an OB that is knowledgeable in wls pregnancy.

Hope your belly gets over the pain while eating soon. Could be nerves for sure.. could be a touch of illness. But if it continues, please see your doctor. Take no risks. You have those 3 awesome kids that need you!

Hugs! Thanks for checking in.

Do what you can to reduce your stress levels and check out your stomach issues.  Hold off just a bit till your body is stable at weight and your MD approves before attempting pregnancy.  Wanting the best for you and your future child.  Congrats on your successes.  Hugs
