Weigh****chers
HI everyone,
I wanted to get some opinions on this. I have 48 more pounds to lose to reach goal. I know what foods agree and don't agree (for the most part) with me since my surgery, but I HATE counting calories. A bariactric friend suggested going to weigh****chers to lose the last of the pounds. She said the points were much easier to track than calories, and she too steadily lost weight until the end. THe only thing she tracked along with the points were her protien grams. I have done weigh****chers, and I know it is more about teaching you how to eat healthy for life, but just wondering what all your thoughts are? I called and they said bariatric patients can indeed join.... Thoughts? Thanks! :)
Maybe a slight modification to your eating plan and an increase in exercise will do the trick? What ever you do decide to do, just be sure it is not something that is too difficult to maintain. You have to be able to live with your plan. It may even pay off to schedule a follow up with your nutritionist to see what they think may help get things moving again.
Wishing you the best of luck. Let us know what you decide to do.
