  Shortcut to the chat area (this chat area is not on the OH site ) is   http://www.bariatricbuddy.com/chat/   Please feel free to stop by the chat area before chat actually starts to register.  Simple form, follow the instructions when you click on the above shortcut.   Use the password "buddy".   Once registered, entering chat again is super easy.    We start at 7pm eastern, 6pm central, 5pm mountain and 4pm pacific. Chat usually lasts about an hour.  Any questions, send a PM to KathyB4me, here at OH.      I plan to be there.  See (or rather chat with) you Monday evening.  Hugs, Kathy   Remember the password for the first time you enter this chat area is "buddy", you can set up your own password after registering.  Toodles
