Nice Idea to share Kathy :) I will definitly keep that in mind.. I am not going to sabatoge my new lease on life and I do not want to strain my family doing so.. I want to be able to inhibit the same functions even with an altered lifestyle..

Ty..she has taken to the slippers.. latches on and away she goes while hubby is walking too..its so cute.. and I love having pets around.. Isabella sleeps right next to me.. she is like a lil infant.. wakes on time and feeds and needs loved all through the nite.. kinda comforting.. but working on the sleep thing.. must be trained and sleep must be sought.. lol..

This is absolutely your safe place to come and share and be honest. No one will ever be mean or cruel about the mistakes or weaknesses. You will get encouragement to get back to plan but we all struggle and know what you are going through.

Ya know when you talk about how your body racted badly to the foods that were unhealthy, I think after a while our bodies grow to appreciate it when we feed it healthy foods. And when we throw it off of that it isn't happy.

My latest blunder...everyone was ordering dinner for pickup at a local resteraunt. I wanted the fish.. Problem is it was batter dipped and fried. I thought, thats ok, I'll just peel the batter off and all is good right? WRONG! Oh man I felt like there was grease floating in mypouch for hours.. nauseated.. and kicked myself for thinking I was doing it in a good way. I should have orderd the baked fish..but don't like the kind they offer baked. Maybe I should have went to plan B. Which is a nice chefs salad made here at home. Lesson re-learned.. and not soon to be forgotten. Live and learn... live and learn.

Congrats on the need to invest in a belt! WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!! Doing great lady!
