Best tip I can give you is to ALWAYS believe you will dump...forever, even if it will stop eventually...believe it won't.
Stay away from any carb foods that you love now, as they can be trigger foods later.

NORMAL WEIGHT REACHED MARCH 2011 (153 lbs.).
Goal BMI: In the normal range, please -- somewhere between 22-24
Clothing size 26/28 (triple X) before surgery in August of 2010.
March 2011 clothing size: 10/12 (large)

Wanted to send out best wishes and to have a fast healing and problem free to you! I dont know anything to share about wls.. Im still waiting.. but I would imply to do as Dr orders and dont miss a supplement or any meds given.. stay on track and journal your success...
