Tomorrow is the big day for me. I would like to have your advice or major tip on having the best success with my wls. I want to do what I can to maximize my wls results. Please share with me!

Follow the plan set out by your surgeon.  Exercise is important, liquids, protein and supplements.  Reader's Digest version.  Short and to the point.  And enjoy the adventure.

Best tip I can give you is to ALWAYS believe you will dump...forever, even if it will stop eventually...believe it won't.

Stay away from any carb foods that you love now, as they can be trigger foods later.

just wanted to send the best for your big day tomorrow.  THINK POSITIVE. 
Height: 5'6".  Top Weight/Surgery Weight: 274. (August 2010)
8 weeks out:  219.6.  12 weeks out:  198. 
NORMAL WEIGHT REACHED MARCH 2011 (153 lbs.).
Goal BMI:  In the normal range, please -- somewhere between 22-24 
Clothing size 26/28 (triple X) before surgery in August of 2010. 
March 2011 clothing size:  10/12 (large)

Wanted to send out best wishes and to have a fast healing and problem free to you!  I dont know anything to share about wls.. Im still waiting.. but I would imply to do as Dr orders and dont miss a supplement or any meds given.. stay on track and journal your success...
