I enjoy a couple of different things for my breakfast.
1. an activia light, fat free yogurt, with 1/2 banana or a few berries on the side.
2. Cottage cheese and sometimes fruit on the side.
3. a sugar free smoothie that I make myself, with vailla greek yogurt (frozen in cube trays to use instead of ice) frozen fruit, a touch of milk and a scoop of vanilla or berry protein powder. Sweeten with non sugar sweetner to taste and yummy!
4. a scrambled egg with a slice of turkey bacon and a couple berries or half a banana

The benefit to the first 2 is there is virtually no prep time so it is quick and easy..which I like, but none of them are real time consuming to prepare.
Hope this helps you.
Hugs!

It really is! It takes a little practice to get the ratio's that make it taste best to you, but it is delish. Another thing too, is you can add crystal light (just a touch of the powder before it is mixed) to enhance the flavor even more. Then you may not need sweetners either. Or sugar free syrups work too. Just not too much..or it is overpowering.

on the greek yogurt check the protein content cause some brand have more then others. chobani has 12 grams to 14 grams  per 6 oz, yoplait greek is the same way but the greek goddess only has 4 grams per 6 oz serving.

Just thought everyone should know. I find that the chobani is the creamiest and I have actually had to call and talk with the people because my son got one without and strawberries in it and they sent us a bunch of free coupons to get a bunch for all we had bought. they are very nice and very good people.

I like something quick and easy too, in addition to the above options, try: cooked cereal, easy to make in the microwave. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of powdered milk to the water before adding the cereal to boost the protein content. I like adding a sprinkle of cinnamon and splenda to malt-o-meal. I eat it without extra milk, to maintain the full feeling longer.
