got home a few hours ago but was a bit tired.  everything went ok.  I had a little bit of a hard time in recovery.  I had the breathing tube in when I woke up.  I guess my stats didnt want to come up very well.  that was not a good feeling.  I know they were breathing for me but I felt like I wasnt breathing.  and it was a bit uncomfortable.
surgery itself went ok except he got a bit worried about my liver it was still large.  I will find out more about it when I see him on thurs.
I stayed a extra day becuz I still had a little trouble getting my o2 stats up.   they released me this morning.
they gave me diluadud for pain and carafate for healing of the stomach.
I am still tired but I am home and on the losers bench with u all.  WOOOOOO HOOOOOO.

hugs and love

Welcome to the loser's bench Marcy.  Take care of yourself during these next few days.  Get up for short walks several times a day.  Take your pain meds as needed and sip, sip, sip.  Nap and repeat the process.

Congratulations.  Rest up and come share soon.  Hugs

So glad you are home safe and saound and now on the losers bench. I bet you were quite uncomfortable with those tubes in breathing for you. Glad they came out fairly quickly and your body took over the job on its own again.

Like kathy said, lots of rest...be sure to listen to your body. It will tell you when it needs rest. Lots of tiny walks to keep clots from forming and to get the air out from surgery, sip sip sip to prevent dehydration. Taking several little walks too, will be beneficial in getting your lungs working deeper and more efficiently. But just little ones, don;'t over do.

Big hugs and welcome to the losers bench lady! Thanks for keeping us posted!! Now..on to the business of losing! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO
