I was taking care of me on thursday, that is why it took me till saturday to reply.  I challenged the hill in Duluth, MN.  Walked 1.75 miles up the steep grade and then back down.  My buns were feeling the results of the effort on Friday.  Went to wls support group at the hospital where I had surgery and we did zumba during the support meeting.  Various challenges to increase my activity.  Friday took the critters for an 80 minute walk.  Today, we went to the neighboring town to walk the steepest hill there too.  Feels good to be taking different routes.

I was encouraged to really change up my exercise routine to get the pounds a drifting down again.

Today, after walking, I am working on some sewing projects.   I opened up the seams on the tank top from Vick and am going to try to make a few more tank tops to use for exercise.  Most women's tops are just too short.  I don't have a midriff that I want to share with the world and men's shirts that are long enough are a little too big at the shoulders.  So, answerring a few more threads here and back to sewing projects.  Have a grand weekend my friend.  Hugs
